  Before starting your Pilates program, give yourself a baseline to measure your progress over time. Have one of our specially trained trainers take you through a full assessment before you start, and have a follow-up along the way. The assessment includes cardio vascular, body fat, body composition, flexibility and postural assessment with before and after photos. If you are a goal oriented person, this is a great tool for setting targets for yourself. Pricing information is available upon request.



       
  BOSU   The BOSU (both sides up!) is used to add challenge to the core. Varied exercises incorporating Pilates and strength training are done to challenge balance and coordination.  55 minutes
       
  CIRCUIT TRAINING   Class alternates from mat room to equipment room. We will utilize BOSUs with balls, reformers and towers, to work all muscle groups and incorporate cardio.  55 minutes
       
  POWER MAT   A fast-paced, intense workout, this class is a fusion of Mat Pilates and Aerobics. Designed to challenge event the most fit clients.  55 minutes
       
  OPEN MAT   Designed to work with clients at all fitness levels, this Pilates based class is designed to strengthen, lengthen and tone.  55 minutes
       
  EXPRESS MAT   A 45 minute variation of our Mat Class.
       
  MAT & BARRE   “Combine the best of both Pilates and ballet barre exercises to sculpt b, lean, dancer-like muscle tone.”  This class will focus on the application of Pilates principles to a different system of exercises on the floor utilizing the ballet barre.  Tone, increase hip flexibility and strengthen all major target areas.  55 minutes
       
  TOTAL BODY BALL   “Use the fit ball to improve balance and sculpt and define the whole body.”  This ever so popular class utilizes the fit ball to strengthen your core as well as create long lean muscles. Flatten your abs and tighten your butt forever!  55 minutes
       
  GROUP EQUIPMENT CLASS   “Experience the Full Spectrum of the Pilates apparatus.”  This class combines a series of movements designed to improve strength, coordination and balance, utilizing Reformer, Cadillac, Mat, exercises and more.  55 minutes
       
 
       
  PRIVATE SESSIONS
(one client, one instructor)
  Your instructor will guide you through a workout utilizing Pilates apparatus (i.e. Reformer, Cadillac, tower, wunda chair, ladder barrel, ped-o-pul) as well as incorporate Pilates mat work into the session. One-on-one sessions are especially beneficial if you are new to Pilates or the instructor, unfamiliar with the equipment you are using, or want 100% of the instructor’s attention.  An appointment is necessary.
       
  DUETS
(two clients, one instructor)
  This type of session is great if you have another person in mind you want to workout with.  This scenario is great because now you are accountable not only to your instructor but to your partner as well.  Both motivating and very rewarding. An appointment is necessary with BOTH individuals attending.
