| PRIVATE SESSIONS |
 |
|
Your instructor will guide you through a workout utilizing Pilates apparatus (i.e. reformers, Cadillac, tower,
wunda chair, ladder barrel, ped-o-pul) as well as incorporate Pilates mat work into the session. One on one
sessions are especially beneficial if you are new to Pilates, unfamiliar with the equipment or want 100% of
the instructor's attention.

 |
| DUETS |
 |
Two clients with one instructor. This type of session is great if you have another person in mind you want
to workout with. This scenario is great because now you are accountable not only to your instructor but to
your partner as well. Both motivating and very rewarding.
An appointment is necessary for all classes. |
